As I have been diagnosed by Ira at L.C.M.H. via phone assessment in 2009 with Post Stress Traumatic Disorder, it is clear that as I navigate the worlds stages, venues and tailors, it is imperative to follow Christina Humphrey aka CRX The Trending. See me and ya better know I am paying attention to my own mental health and so I urge you to do the same. Find a good manager.

Respect

The key to respect is respecting myself. I respectfully say that its is easier said than done when I am dealing with others who have no self-respect. I have to be respectful enough for the both of us. I say be respectful in your heart so that it becomes first nature. Thank you.
