It comes to no surprise that most of us do not realize that Life Skills involves nutrition and physical fitness.
The crucial life saving techniques in CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation can save your life or that of
someone you love. A well-balanced diet is important. The more popular daytime t.v shows like Dr. OZ and
The Dr's usually feature easy to relate to techniques that if used as directed, can improve you overall health.
I strongly advise keeping your health and welfare in check. Monitor sugar levels, drink plenty of water, and
try to exercise at least three times a week. I suggest basic calistetetics. This has been a general advisory to
take care of yourself this year a little better than our previous year. Thank you for coming.
